Introduction & Intake
We always start with a personal meeting. During this introduction, we'll get to know your company better and discuss your goals, wishes, and requirements for your trade show participation. We'll brainstorm with you from the start and ask targeted questions to get to the heart of the matter.
Preliminary design & quotation
Based on our consultation, we'll create a preliminary design for your stand. We'll discuss this design together – either at our location or online. You'll also receive a clear quote, so you'll know exactly what to expect.
Feedback & final design
Based on your feedback, we'll adjust the design as needed. Together, we'll work towards a final design that perfectly aligns with your brand and objectives. No surprises, just a stand you'll be proud of.
Production in our own workshop
Once the design is approved, our team gets to work in the workshop. We produce the entire booth, including custom-made furniture and elements. Everything is prepared down to the last detail, ensuring a smooth on-site installation.
Realization on the trade fair floor
On the day of the event, we'll handle all the transport and setup of your stand. We'll deliver it ready to use, so your team can fully focus on the show.
Dismantling & storage (optional)
After the trade show, we'll take care of the dismantling and, if desired, we'll safely store your stand in our warehouse. This way, you'll be well-prepared for your next trade show.
Evaluation & Outlook
Finally, we'll schedule a short evaluation meeting. We'll discuss the collaboration, welcome your feedback, and look ahead to potential future trade fairs.
